Registration Information

The conference fee is $390.00 USD. This covers three nights of housing at University College, Oxford, several meals, and conference registration. We request that attendees either wire their payment or mail a check to the College of William and Mary. Please note, that all payments must be made in U.S. Dollars ($USD).

Traveling to University College, Oxford

London-Heathrow Airport offers a variety of options for those seeking transportation to University College. We recommend that conference attendees take the the Heathrow-Oxford Express Bus, which departs every half-hour from Terminal 5. The Express Bus costs £20.00 each way. Drivers accept cash or you can purchase your ticket in advance with a credit card. All buses from London disembark in Oxford at "Queen’s Lane," across from Porter's Lodge of University College.

Lodging

Unless specific accommodations are made with the AidData team, all Conference presenters and participants will stay in accommodations provided by University College, Oxford. Click Here to see the an example of the provided accommodations.

Meals

Conference fees will include breakfast daily, lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and dinner Tuesday evening. All meals covered by the Conference fees will be held in the 17th Century Dining Hall.
