Background
Roland Hodler is Professor of Economics at the University of Lucerne, External Research Associate at the Oxford Centre for Analysis of Resource Rich Economies, and CESifo Research Network Fellow. He holds a PhD from the University of Bern, and was Lecturer and Senior Lecturer at the University of Melbourne. His main research interests are in political economics and development economics.
