Abstract
This paper aims to answer three critical questions to inform discussion, debate, and deliberation about a roadmap to reinvest in America’s reputational security: 1) What are the consistent pain points in U.S. strategic communications practice? 2) What would success look like if our strategic communications was fit-for-purpose? 3) How can we do better to reinvest in strategic communications that advances U.S. goals?
