This dataset provides a quantitative look at 14 indicators of domestic civic space health and Russian channels of influence in 17 countries Europe & Eurasia (E&E) from 2015-2021, represented in more than 30,000 rows of data across four data files. The 17 countries include: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
