Evaluating Gender Bias in AI Applications: Dissemination Workshop

On August 16, 2023 at Ghana Center For Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), AidData and CDD-Ghana conducted a  workshop on gender bias in AI applications for global development, such as creating wealth estimates. AidData Research Scientist Dr. Rachel Sayers was joined by experts from CDD-Ghana, Ghana Statistical Service, and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and Saarland University for an engaging discussion.
