Description
Includes the entire Geocoded Global Chinese Official Finance. No 'flow_class' filters are applied. In addition to projects classified as ODA-like and OOF-like, this package includes a subset of projects that are classed as 'Vague Official Finance', which are officially financed projects that contained insufficient information to be classified as ODA or OOF according to OECD criteria. Includes only projects with 'status' values of 'implementation' or 'completion.'
