The Junior Program Manager (JPM) is a research staff position at AidData. JPM positions are designed for college graduates who would like to: deepen and broaden their analytical, methodological, and management skills; receive on-the-job training and mentoring from a group of professional staff and researchers; and prepare for future professions in academia, public service, and/or the private sector.
