Research assistants will primarily assist on AidData's Listening to Leaders program, which collects 360 degree feedback on development priorities, progress, and performance from the perspective of leaders in low- and middle-income countries. Research assistants on the LTL team contribute to research projects by conducting research on the sampling frame, identifying the names, positions, and contact information of leaders working in government.
They also often perform special tasks - everything from assessing social networks of ministers across the world to checking translations and developing innovative new search tactics for the team. Check out our website for past reports and datasets.
