Summary
Erica Lawler joined AidData after nearly two decades in the world of grants management. She was part of the grants and contracts team of an international health development non-profit for two years before taking a position at the Office of Sponsored Programs at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). She has worked at William & Mary since 2010 and had the good fortune of being assigned AidData as part of her initial portfolio in the W&M Office of Sponsored Programs. She completed a NCURA-EARMA exchange at Karolinksa Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden and is an active member of the Society of Research Administrators International. When not at her desk, Erica is most likely to be out in the woods with her children and their herd of Alpine dairy goats.
