Background
Prior to joining AidData, Monica served as the Director of Finance for the International Relations Club at William & Mary, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, educating students on topics of international import. She was then elected to a three-year advisory position with the organization, providing directional feedback on budgetary topics and corporate policy. While finishing her bachelor's in linguistics at William & Mary, Monica also studied at several universities across Europe, obtaining a Global Business minor designation, and advancing her Spanish and Polish language ability.
