Emily Dumont is a Program Manager who works across a variety of projects for the Policy Analysis Unit at AidData. In this role, she manages research, analysis, and policy outreach. Emily focuses mainly on projects involving soft power, civil society, media, and great power competition among countries such as Russia and China.
Emily previously served as a Special Assistant at The Chertoff Group, where she provided operational support to security consulting projects. She has also worked as a Paralegal/Program Officer at Klamp & Associates, where she specialized in working with international development clients.
Emily holds an MA from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she studied International Security and International Information and Communication.
