Summary
Thai-Binh Elston served as a Junior Program Manager on the Chinese Development Finance Program team from 2021-2022. She helped collect data on global development finance from China by conducting data quality assurance, managing research assistants, and contributing to data analysis. Prior to joining AidData, Thai-Binh was awarded the 2019 Freeman Fellowship for an internship in Mongolia with Gallup Poll's in-country partner. She completed her Bachelor's in Public Policy at William & Mary, but also took courses at the University of Chicago and Fudan University.
